Tadrisia operates on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, an open-source framework developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We utilize this system not merely as a submission gateway, but as an egalitarian vehicle to democratize educational and transdisciplinary research.

By aligning with the global movement for Open Access, our system ensures that from the moment a manuscript is published, it is immediately, globally, and perpetually accessible without financial or institutional barriers. This maximizes the visibility, citation potential, and real-world impact of our authors' work.

II. The Curatorial Pipeline: 

Every manuscript submitted to Tadrisia undergoes a highly secure, chronological workflow designed to respect the author’s time while maintaining uncompromising standards:

1. The Threshold (Desk Review): Upon submission, the manuscript enters an initial automated and human screening process. It is checked for alignment with the journal’s scope, structural integrity, and originality (via advanced similarity-detection software).

2. The Intellectual Sanctuary (Double-Blind Review): If the manuscript passes the threshold, the system assigns it to a handling editor who orchestrates the double-blind peer review process. The identity of both authors and reviewers is fiercely guarded by the system’s cryptographic masking, ensuring that evaluations are based solely on empirical and theoretical merit.

3. The Alchemical Phase (Copyediting & Production): Approved manuscripts move to our production suite. Here, professional copyeditors and layout artists refine the prose and transform the text into machine-readable formats. Authors are integrated into this phase via system-driven proofreading requests, ensuring the final product matches their precise intent.

4. The Launch (Galley Release): Once finalized, the paper is published online simultaneously in high-resolution PDF and rich metadata formats, ready for immediate dissemination.

III. Digital Fingerprints and Global Interoperability

To ensure that the scholarship published in Tadrisia is seamlessly discoverable by international indexing bodies such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Sinta, our publishing system integrates the following persistent digital identifiers:

• Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs): Every article is assigned a unique DOI registered through Crossref, establishing a permanent, unalterable link to the paper on the web.

• ORCID Integration: We require and integrate ORCID iDs for all contributing authors to ensure accurate attribution and eliminate institutional or name ambiguity.

• Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH): The Tadrisia system is fully compliant with the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH). This allows global search engines, library catalogs, and abstracting databases to automatically index and pull our content, exponentially increasing discoverability.

IV. The Archive of Human Continuity: 

A major hallmark of a world-class journal is its commitment to the future. Papers published today must be readable a century from now. Our system guarantees this through a multi-tiered digital preservation strategy:

• Decentralized Archiving (LOCKSS/CLOCKSS): Tadrisia participates in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems. This allows decentralized libraries around the world to maintain permanent archives of the journal, ensuring that in the unlikely event of a catastrophic server failure or journal cessation, the scientific record remains completely intact and accessible.

• National Repositories: All published volumes are automatically deposited into national digital archives and the National Library systems, anchoring our digital footprint in legally protected institutional frameworks.
