Integrasi Supervisi Klinis-Kolaboratif dan Teori Administrasi Sistem Berbasis Nilai Ta’awun dalam Mendorong Transformasi Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to examine the shift in the orientation of educational supervision and the application of administrative theories in the management of educational institutions, as well as to integrate these with the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Using a qualitative approach in the form of library research, data were collected from authoritative managerial literature and analysed using content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the orientation of supervision has transformed from mere inspection towards a clinical and collaborative approach focused on the professional development of educators. On the other hand, the effectiveness of educational administration is achieved by synergising classical, human relations, behavioural and systems theories to manage the resource cycle comprehensively. The relationship between the two is functional and integrative; administration provides the management systems and structures, whilst supervision ensures the effectiveness of their implementation through guidance. Furthermore, from an Islamic Education (PAI) perspective, this governance framework of administration and supervision is not merely oriented towards managerial efficiency, but is imbued with moral values such as amanah (responsibility), justice, musyawarah (consultation), and ta’awun (mutual assistance). In conclusion, the synergy between structured administration and humanistic-religious supervision is an essential instrument in driving the transformation and holistic improvement of the quality of educational institutions.
